1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request to return products within 7 calendar days of receiving their order. To be eligible, returned products must be:
- Unused and in original, sellable condition
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, and packaging
- Free from damage (unless the product was delivered defective or damaged)
Products not meeting these conditions, or customized/made-to-order items, are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- Contact support at jmappliances786@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will verify your claim and provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
- The returns would happen withing 3 to 4 days and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days.
3. Inspection & Approval
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. JM Appliances & Furniture reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is used, damaged, altered, or missing components.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (PhonePe).
- It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on bank/payment provider policies.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable, except for products received damaged or defective.
- The refund amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days.
5. Exchange/Replacement
If your product is faulty, defective, or damaged on arrival, you may request an exchange or replacement. Please report such issues within 48 hours of receipt for speedy assistance.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Products not in original condition or packaging
- Any products after the 7-day return window
