Shipping Timeline
- Furniture & Appliances: 7–15 working days (bulk orders may take 15–25 days depending on availability).
- Custom setups (Office/PG/Dark Store projects): Delivery & installation schedule will be mutually agreed upon during order confirmation.
- Other Products: The products would be delivered to the customers within 4 to 6 days.
Delivery Charges
- Within Bengaluru: Free/nominal delivery may apply depending on the order value.
- Outside Bengaluru (India only): Charges depend on weight, distance, and logistics partner rates.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, customers will receive updates via SMS/email.
- For installation-heavy products (CCTV, power backup, furniture setup), a technician visit will be scheduled.
