1. Payment Methods
We accept payments exclusively via PhonePe (UPI/digital wallet). Orders are confirmed upon successful PhonePe payment.
2. Order Confirmation
Order processing will begin only after full payment is received. JM Appliances & Furniture does not guarantee product availability until payment confirmation.
3. Payment Security
Transactions are processed securely via PhonePe. We do not collect or store your sensitive banking/UPI information.
4. Refunds
If eligible, refunds for returns/cancellations will be issued via PhonePe to the original account used during purchase, typically within 14 business days.

6. Fraud Prevention
JM Appliances & Furniture reserves the right to refuse transactions suspected of fraud, and report unauthorized activity to PhonePe and authorities.
